Customer Relations Specialist
Location: Gillingham, Dorset
Salary: £12.67 per hour
Working hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday- Friday, hybrid remote after training (2 day in the office)
Contract type: fixed term, initially until the end of the year
Start Date: ASAP
In this position you manage and process customer orders and provide information about products, services and order status. Proceed improvement initiatives, challenge processes and seek new opportunities to increase customer relations efficiently. All training will be provided.
What you will be doing:
• Dealing with and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, web, email
• Proactively look for solutions
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Managing and reporting on customer accounts
• Filing records or interactions and transactions
• Updating quality management system
• Communicating with internal departments

Previous experience working in a customer facing environment or working with CRM/supply chain processes is desirable.
