Crynodeb
A well-established Social Housing Contractor seek to appoint a Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis, to work on a long standing retrofit contract they have in Wakefield.
The company specialise in retrofit/decarbonisation work and work across the North West and Yorkshire regions. The scheme in a solar PV installation scheme.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a team Tradesman and Subcontractors
- Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
- Monitoring health and safety on site
- Snagging of properties
- Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
- Supervising subcontractors quality of work
The successful candidate must have:
- SMSTS/SSSTS , First Aid
- Ideally a trade background
- Social Housing/Renewable Energy experience
- A stable and progressive career history
- Previous experience managing/supervising social housing refurbishment schemes
