Summary

Role overview

The purpose of this role is to work across all areas of the service, primarily in the visitors' centre, but also across the visits
hall and play area in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment, and to provide advice, support and information to friends
and families visiting the prison.




About You:




To be successful in this role you will have experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging environment,
ideally involving offenders and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a
demanding work load. You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of Pact’s family work and also have
knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice. Furthermore you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and
ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.
