Location: Taunton
Salary: £40,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £60,000) + Company Car
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00, with every Saturday 9:00-17:00 (Day off in the week)-40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Car Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Taunton area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a New Car Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. We are looking for New Car Sales Managers with a strong track record in used car sales.
New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the senior management team.
- You will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance every month.
- Driving the sales in the department through processes and training the team to work professionally.
- Making sure the team offer strong customer service, working with the team to maximise sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer.
- Controlling the new car stock to make sure you have the right vehicles for your market area.
- Making sure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.
New Car Sales Manager Requirements:
- It’s essential you have experience as a New Car Sales Manager within the motor trade – at least 2 years’ experience within the role.
- Good understanding of both new vehicle sales.
- Ideally experienced in running a large sales team, highly successful.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
