The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing team. This is a job-share part-time, permanent position working Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.00am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch, a total of 16 hours a week. As this is a job-share opportunity, we are unable to consider any other working days. The contractual base for this role will be in our Bristol or Warwick office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Client Engagement programme including co-ordination of "Chain Reaction" event programme and client interviews.
- Executing marketing mailings through bulk email software and managing contact data before, during and after marketing campaigns to help ensure accuracy of data and compliance with GDPR.
- Helping with research for both sectors and the US strategy and supporting the overseas trips programme as required.
- Co-ordinating new starter/leaver/promotions marketing processes.
- Event support, including managing invite mailings, responses, creating delegate pack materials for events across the firm and on the day support for local office events.
- Updating website content as required.
- Managing and distributing brand merchandise and monitoring all branded stock to ensure availability across all offices.
- Supporting conference planning activity, including prospect research, booking delegate places, organising hotels and assisting with post conference follow up.
- Supporting Attorneys with formatting and finalising tender documents and presentations to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
About You
To join us as a Marketing Assistant, you'll need:
- Demonstrable administrative experience.
- Impeccable written English.
- Demonstrable experience showing high level of attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and progress.
- Experience managing their time effectively and prioritising their workload.
The closing date for applications is Thursday 24 July, with first round interviews scheduled to take place on Friday 1 August.
