Deputy Head of Wigs Hair and Makeup
ATG Productions are looking for a Deputy Head of Wigs, Hair, and Makeup to join the team on a Sunny Afternoon, with music and lyrics by Ray Davies and book by Joe Penhall, based on an original story by Ray Davies, directed by Ed Hall.
Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Deputy Head of WHAM on a first-class touring musical. Your duties will include (but are not limited to) working with the WHAM Supervisor and Head of WHAM to prepare any wigs, hair, and makeup for rehearsals and performances, assisting in the preparation and maintenance of all wigs, hair, and makeup across the run of the production as well as working with the Head of WHAM to maintain and restock the relevant supplies across the tour. Your duties will also include the completion of the WHAM load-in ahead of each first performance, typically on Tuesdays, and the WHAM get-out following the final performance at each venue.
The Contract will run for around 9 months until the end of May 2026.
Applicants must have experience on a touring production in a similar role.
The successful candidate must be available for all performances and rehearsals.
