Summary
The Role
Join our dynamic and flexible team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with drug and alcohol issues. As a Recovery Practitioner, you'll provide essential support across various locations, ensuring our services are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover a geographical area, supporting service delivery for short to medium periods as needed, across all our services. The locations will and could include:
• West & Central London & surrounding areas
• East & Central London & surrounding areas
• North & Central London & surrounding areas
• South & Central London & surrounding areas

Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to travel across Greater London and surrounding areas.
• Level 3 Tackling Substance Misuse (or equivalent).
• Experience of working in substance misuse services.

As part of our vital work, the Via - FLEX Team has been developed to provide exceptional support and structured interventions to those we serve. This team operates flexibly across our services, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients effectively.
The Via - FLEX Team includes a substantive team (permanent posts) that works across a range of services, fulfilling placement needs and providing additional capacity and support whenever required.
