In this dynamic position, you'll be the backbone of our parts sales operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes that keep our customers happy and our workshop running efficiently. You'll work closely with both our sales team and customers, managing orders, maintaining inventory records, and providing exceptional service.
What you'll do:
Process Parts Orders: Accurately input and process customer and workshop parts orders, ensuring correct product codes, pricing, and delivery details.
Inventory Management Support: Assist with monitoring parts stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status, providing professional and helpful assistance.
Supplier Liaison: Communicate effectively with parts suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all parts transactions, invoices, delivery notes, and customer communications.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the parts sales team, including preparing quotes, managing back orders, and assisting with promotions.
Returns Processing: Handle parts returns efficiently, following established procedures for credits and exchanges.
General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the parts department.
