An exciting opportunity to join our team of Quality Consultants within the Quality and Standards department. Our Quality Consultants carry out audits and other quality assurance related activities to support CITB's network of Training Providers. The Quality Consultant plays a pivotal role in CITB supporting the construction industry and qualifying the workforce.
The role is desk-based and CITB currently operates a hybrid approach to working and the team work from home and our offices in Peterborough (Head Office) or Bircham Newton, King's Lynn. The expectation is that team members spend 2 days in the preferred office on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in auditing, although a formal qualification can be gained in post, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate professional reports.
You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to self manage your workload and a caseload of training providers independently.
