Pay rate: up to £264.98 PAYE per day
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 office days per week)
The role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead asset management, disposals, acquisitions, and valuations across a public sector property portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering corporate estate strategies, driving efficiencies, and supporting regeneration and development schemes. This is a high-impact role requiring both technical expertise and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the disposal and acquisition of property assets.
• Manage commercial and non-commercial property portfolios.
• Provide valuations for capital accounting and strategic planning.
• Support asset reviews and maximise estate performance.
• Represent the service with stakeholders and partners.
What the client is looking for:
• MRICS or equivalent, with strong asset and estates management experience.
• Proven track record in property disposals, acquisitions, and valuation.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law and local authority estates.
• Excellent stakeholder, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify efficiencies and drive value from the estate.
