We’re Hiring in These Areas:
- Far North Highlands: Thurso, Wick, Halkirk, Lybster
- North Highlands: Alness, Black Isle, Inverness & surrounding areas
- South Highlands: Cairngorms, Speyside, The Great Glen
- Central Scotland: Loch Linnhe, East Lothian & surrounding areas
What You’ll Get:
- Base Salary: £30,000 per year (full-time)
- Company Car & Fuel Card: No mileage tracking required
- Uncapped Commission: Average earnings of £20,800+ for on-target performance
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £50,800 per year
- Holiday Entitlement: Up to 32 days (including bank holidays)
- Flexible Shifts: Choose shifts between 10am – 8pm, Monday to Saturday
- Other Benefits: Company pension, full training, and ongoing support from your Area Manager
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a small team of Field Sales Executives
- Driving team performance through coaching, motivation, and support
- Door-to-door engagement with residents to promote broadband packages
- Managing and attending community events and promotional stands
- Identifying new local opportunities and reporting insights to leadership
- Working collaboratively to ensure safety, morale, and results
Who We’re Looking For:
- Confident, friendly communicators with a passion for leading others
- Proven ability to work independently and motivate a team
- A full UK driving licence (required)
- Previous sales or team leadership experience is highly desirable
