What skills and experience we're looking for

Learning without Limits is a Trust with high ambitions for its learners and we are excited to be appointing a Trust Administrator to support us on our journey. A key priority for this role is to facilitate and maintain a professional, productive and well-structured office environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting team efficiency.

As Trust Administrator you will be the first point of contract for all visitor interactions, either in person, on the phone or via electronic or digital communications, providing a welcoming and helpful experience at all times.

To be successful in this post you will have experience of working in a similar role in an education context, and have an appreciation of the type of activities that are key to the successful running of a Trust central office. The provision of exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is paramount.

You will be based at our Trust Offices located at Lancaster Academy. An integral part of our central team, you will be working alongside a variety of people in a fast paced but supportive environment and will demonstrate a willingness to go over and above in support of your colleagues.

Why work for us?

LwLAT is a small multi-academy Trust based in the heart of Leicester City, serving diverse and vibrant communities. Our strength comes from collaboration, with an emphasis on winning hearts and inspiring minds. We know that by positively celebrating and sharing the great work we are doing, through our vision and values, there are no limits to how high we can aim, and to what our learners, staff and communities can achieve.

As a Trust we value inclusive working practices and diverse teams. You will be given the opportunity to grow professionally and personally in this role.

This role requires you to be onsite in the Trust Office Monday to Friday, with some coverage during school holiday periods. There is also the need for some flexibility to support with afterhours meetings and training events taking place at the Trust Office, to be agreed on an ad hoc basis.

You will:

• Have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role, in an education setting
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to provide exceptional customer services for visitors and staff
• Be able to work accurately while meeting key deadlines
• Be able to prioritise your time and workload when faced with completing demands
• Be solution focused and proactive; willing to seek out new ways of working
• Have strong IT skills to use various software systems confidently

What the school offers its staff
