Post: Tea Club Assistant
Contract Type: Fixed term until August 2026
Salary Range: FTE salary £24,404.00 - £24,790.00, pro rata salary £3,631.98 - £3,689.43. Salary to be pro-rata.

Working Type: Part time 6.33 hours per week. 38 weeks + 2 days
Base: Chesham Primary Academy, Talbot Grove, BL9 6PH

Please note:the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

Chesham Primary Academy are looking for a Tea Club Asssitant to assist the smooth running of the Tea Club, ensure a high quality provision of ahealthy meal and varied activities for pupils to enjoy in a relaxed and calmenvironmentat the end of the school day. You will be working alongside another member of staff with around 6-15 children depending on how busy the session is. You will need to have willingness to partipcate in training and development opportunities, relevant child protection and safeguarding knowledge and experience of working with children of a primary age. First aid experience would be desirable, but not essential.
