Probate Consultant Team Leader
£40,000 base salary plus OTE £46,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours

We're looking for a team leader to join our probate consultant team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you'll lead and develop a team of up to 10 sales consultants, providing expert advice and mentorship alongside using data to make sure team performance targets are met and exceeded. We'll also look to you to attend your own customer meetings delivering excellent customer service, maximising conversions, and role modelling behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your managerial capabilities and help shape the future of our business.

What you'll do

* Role model an inclusive leadership style, promote a collaborative culture, and provide coaching to support individual development and team performance
* Provide regular feedback and follow-up to manage performance targets
* Mentor, train and provide technical support to the team
* Pro-actively manage your teams pipeline management, making sure customer leads are managed to deliver an outcome
* Use management information to promote continuous improvement and make sure the team are delivering outstanding performance, quality, and customer service
* Conduct around 4 customer meetings each week, using insights from these to maintain your understanding of the consultant role and leading by example

This role would suit people who have


* Previous experience of leading a consultative sales team with the ability to motivate and inspire others in a virtual environment
* Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
* Good IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Powerpoint, and Excel
* The ability to analyse and interpret data to drive performance and deliver against targets
* The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and use their feedback to improve individual and team performance
