Pay: £13.20–£14.40 per hour
Equivalent to: £554.40 – £604.80 per week
Annual Salary: £28,622 – £31,450 (based on 42 hours/week)
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 07:00–19:30

Whether you’re currently in Production Admin or on the factory floor, this role is the next step in your career, giving you both responsibility and the support to grow.
- Be the go-to person for smooth line performance – you'll help hit daily targets and keep standards high.
- Lead by example – motivate colleagues, ensure safety and quality, and complete accurate paperwork.
- Perform routine checks on equipment, safety gear, and production quality.
- Work closely with your Shift Manager to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and make a real impact on how we operate.
- Have experience in food production or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Understand production cycles and how to spot an issue before it becomes a problem.
- Are confident making quick decisions on the spot.
- Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Are familiar with production admin or reporting systems.
- Are eager to grow, lead, and make a difference.
- Weekly pay: £554.40 – £604.80
