Join us at the heart of institutional planning and decision-making, where you will play a key role in helping the University realise its vision to deliver life-enhancing research, innovation, and education. This varied and impactful position sits within the Planning & Performance team, part of the Department of Strategic Planning & Change (SPC). You'll be instrumental in institution-wide scenario planning for our next University vision and strategy, and provide strategic business partnering for our faculties and schools.

What you'll experience in our team:
As a highly collaborative team, we are dedicated to driving the University's strategic direction.
We:
● Partner with senior leaders, becoming their trusted advisors in crafting robust mid-term strategies, identifying key opportunities and risks, and meticulously measuring progress against ambitious goals.
● Cultivate deep relationships across the University, gaining a profound understanding of faculty and school challenges, priorities, and aspirations to offer tailored support.
● Transform complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform crucial strategic business decisions.
● Proactively anticipate future trends and external influences, helping University leaders navigate emerging opportunities and overcome potential obstacles.
