Crynodeb
You will hold a current registration for your qualification and 5 years minimum post registration experience. You will have sound experience of undertaking assessments focusing on complex adolescent presentation / Contextual Safe Guarding / Child Exploitation, Neuro Diverse presentations and delivering interventions to support young people with these concerns and risks who are at risk of coming into Local Authority Care. You will hold a small, complex clinical caseload within the designated care group where you will provide and oversee a high quality clinical service to young people/ adolescents and their families assessing and delivering interventions/ consultations to Locality Social workers working in conjunction with the Clinical MD specialist team. You will provide and oversee a safeguarding response to Childrens Services to cases in need of urgent clinical support and manage incoming referrals from Childrens Services. You will contribute to the achievement of high quality standards of care and deliver/effective leadership within a multi-disciplinary clinical team. You will supervise and manage junior staff/support the Clinical Lead Nurse Specialist (Child) and Operations Manager (Children) with ensuring clinical governance and evidence based practice is in place.
