Here, you will belong.Who we needWe’re looking for a reliable and professional administrator to support the day-to-day work of our Safeguarding and Behaviour team.This role is vital in helping us respond effectively to the needs of our most vulnerable students, and requires someone who is confident, discreet, and highly organised.You’ll need to:· Manage sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism· Liaise confidently with external agencies such as local authorities, virtual schools, and youth offending teams· Support safeguarding processes, including monitoring e-Safe referrals, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records· Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, students and partners across the college· Prioritise and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWhat you’ll bringYou’ll bring solid administrative experience, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
