We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our IT company’s operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain processes related to the procurement, delivery, and management of IT hardware, software licenses, and technical services. Your goal will be to support the seamless flow of IT assets and services required to meet business and client demands, while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

As a Supply Chain Analyst in an IT environment, you will collect and analyze data related to vendor performance, inventory levels, order fulfillment, and logistics. You will work closely with procurement specialists, project managers, technical teams, and external suppliers to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvements in IT asset management and supply chain workflows. Your insights will help streamline procurement cycles, reduce costs, and improve service delivery for internal stakeholders and customers.

You will be responsible for generating and maintaining reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and supplier reliability. Utilizing data analytics tools and software, you will develop forecasting models to support demand planning and ensure the company’s IT resources are aligned with project schedules and client needs. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with finance and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with budgetary constraints and business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with ERP systems, particularly those used for IT procurement and asset management, is highly valuable. A background in supply chain management, logistics, business analytics, or a related field, along with an understanding of the unique challenges in IT asset lifecycle management, is essential. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and has a passion for improving operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to the success of an innovative IT company by optimizing its supply chain processes, we would love to hear from you.
