Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Kidderminster?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a thriving school in Kidderminster.

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and must have demonstrable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment, where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. You will play a vital role in assisting teachers, providing individual and small group support, and helping to create an inclusive classroom.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly motivated and proactive

  • Patient, empathetic, and understanding

  • An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Resilient and adaptable, with a flexible approach to their work

  • Committed to continuous professional development

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN pupils

  • Understanding of various SEN needs and effective support strategies

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching and Learning Support or equivalent)
