This supportive and well-resourced School caters to students aged 7-16 with a range of complex special educational needs. Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised lessons that align with EHCP outcomes
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs
  • Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and family members
  • Support students in developing emotional regulation and resilience
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and development
  • Promote a culture of kindness, consistency, and respect
