Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised lessons that align with EHCP outcomes
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning and behavioural needs
- Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and family members
- Support students in developing emotional regulation and resilience
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and development
- Promote a culture of kindness, consistency, and respect
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK-recognised certification
- Proven track record in SEN education, particularly Autism, SEMH, or ADHD
- Strong behaviour management using restorative, positive strategies
- Knowledge of EHCPs and experience delivering tailored learning plans
- Team player with great communication and a proactive mindset
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and safeguarding best practices
