Salary: *up to £15.50/hour
Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time contracts

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our dedicated Complex Care team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in Norwich and surrounding areas ( various contract packages).
This role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing tailored support, particularly within a home-based complex care environment.
You’ll be supporting young adults in a friendly and welcoming home, delivering care that is both respectful and empowering. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (bowel, urinary, and hygiene routines)
- Medication administration
- Suctioning and manual handling
- Assistance with physiotherapy routines
- Transporting the individual to appointments and activities
A full driving licence, which you can use in the UK, and access to a vehicle are essential.
- Experience within care is desirable; however, full training can be provided (experience with young adults or children is advantageous)
- Experience in complex care is beneficial ( cerebral palsy, epilepsy, including seizures, Night-time BiPAP support, Medication administration, Enteral feeding via jejunal tube, etc) *Full training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, empathetic, and reliable approach to care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
This role is ideal for those with experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, or similar positions looking to progress into a more specialised care setting.
