Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others?
Cheshire East Short Breaks Service is looking for two dedicated and compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team!
We provide short breaks for individuals with learning disabilities, working closely with them and their families to deliver individualised, person-centred care.
What You’ll Do:
• Support individuals with daily living tasks, including medication and money management
• Promote independence and wellbeing during their stay
• Be part of a supportive, values-driven team that truly cares

21 hours per week | £12.85–£13.05/hr + enhanced weekend & holiday pay

We’re looking for caring, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Supported Living team in Macclesfield. You’ll be empowering people to live independently, make their own choices, and enjoy life on their terms.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting individuals with daily living, including personal care, meal prep, medication, and finances.
• Working on a shift pattern early & late which covers from 7.30-10pm with optional sleep-ins.
• Being part of a flexible rota, including alternate weekends and bank holidays.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care.

✅ What You’ll Need:
• A positive attitude, great communication skills, and the right values.
• No experience? No problem! Full training is provided.
• A full driving licence is essential.

What You’ll Get:
• Starting pay: £12.85/hr, rising to £13.05/hr
• Time and a half on weekends & bank holidays
• Double pay on Christmas Day & Boxing Day
