-Role Summary
As a Support Worker, you will deliver remote coaching and support alongside occasional site visits. Your role focuses on enabling clients to build life and housing skills, sustain tenancies, manage finances, and promote emotional well-being, tailored to their individual needs.
-Key Responsibilities
Provide remote support sessions in budgeting, tenancy sustainment, daily living, and emotional well-being.
Maintain accurate digital records and case notes using your laptop/computer.
Conduct occasional in-person home or community visits (mileage reimbursed).
Co-develop and monitor personalised support plans, adjusting goals as needed.
Liaise with community partners, landlords, and other stakeholders to support client progress.
Encourage clients’ participation in community and life-enhancing activities.
-Essential Criteria
Legal right to work in the UK
UK driving licence and access to your vehicle
Reliable internet, own laptop or PC
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Empathy and a commitment to supporting people’s independence
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in housing, support work, mental health, or social care
Familiarity with remote service delivery
Basic knowledge of housing benefit, tenancy rights, and related legislation
