As a General Assistant you will…

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of coffees, lunch and snacks
  • Maintain cleanliness of all catering areas
  • Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
  • Prepare and delivery hospitality bookings including tea, coffee and cold buffets
  • Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.


Qualifications

  • Preferably have experience working within catering
  • Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Fun and enthusiastic
  • Have excellent organisation skills.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
  • Possess great customer service skills.
