We, The Bounty Hinckley Limited, a vibrant bar & pub located in the heart of Hinckley, are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. Since our incorporation in 2022, we've been making significant progress, both in business and customer experience, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us continue this growth.
Position Details:
Job Title: Floor Manager
SOC Code: 5436
Qualifications: Degree in Hotel Management or relevant management qualification
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Supervise, train, and coordinate front-of-house staff.
Manage staff schedules and maintain service standards.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor food and drink quality and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
Manage reservations and seating to maximise efficiency.
Control front-of-house inventory and support promotions.
Report on daily operations and staff performance to management.

• Annual package is £39000 to £41000 depending on experience.
