Essential Requirements please do not apply unless you meet all the following criteria: To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Mental Health Practitioner, such as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker or Occupational Therapist. It is essential that you possess a relevant degree or postgraduate diploma or can demonstrate an equivalent level of experience. You must have considerable experience working within the mental health field, as well as demonstrable experience at Band 6 or Band 7 level. Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care are vital, along with experience working collaboratively across agencies and supporting complex, diverse populations.
