Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a safe, caring, responsive, high quality service is provided to service users, their families and carers, by ensuring compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements and Trust Policies, pathways, standard operating procedures and protocols. The postholder will allocate work accordingly within the team, as well as holding their own caseload, to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources to meet the needs of service users and carers, and monitor the teams contribution and performance to the overall objectives of the Team, the Locality and the Trust.
