Are you a values-driven HR professional looking to make a real difference in a purpose-led organisation?
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative HR Adviser to join our small but ambitious HR Team. You will provide high quality advice and guidance and coaching to managers, clergy and staff on a broad range of HR matters – from recruitment and performance to policy development and organisational change.
The ideal candidate with have experience working with multiple terms and conditions and supporting staff at remote sites. You will be a generalist who is confident in their skills and happy to be hands on with managers who need guiding and coaching. You will have strong employment law knowledge and be able to translate into user-friendly advice.
Skills and experience in the use of data to support and drive decisions and planning workforce development interventions would be beneficial.
