Key Information
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Contract Length: Permanent
- Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits

What You’ll Need

Essential:
-CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience in recruitment or training administration
- Understanding of safer recruitment and data protection in a regulated environment
- High standard of accuracy in data handling and document management

Desirable:
- Experience of working in the Childcare or Education sector and with multi-site businesses
- Safer Recruitment training (or willingness to complete)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a People Advisor (Talent), you will:
- Post adverts, screen applications, and coordinate interviews using digital tools and ATS platforms.
- Complete safer recruitment checks (right to work, references, DBS) and maintain compliant candidate files.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and ensure a consistent, high-quality new starter experience.
- Maintain recruitment and training dashboards and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the administration and tracking of learning activity using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide excellent support to hiring managers and nursery teams throughout the talent journey.
