We’re on the lookout for caring, compassionate individuals to join our bank team of Care Assistants at The Old Prebendal care home in Shipton-under-Wychwood. If you want to make a difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you.
Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour

What you’ll be doing:
Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy.
Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile.
Building meaningful relationships and making our home feel like home for our residents.
Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.

Great listening skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Self motivated and flexible.
