We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to work with our established Project Manager to drive forward the delivery of our Power & Energy Sector works across the Southern area. What You'll Bring:

  • Safety First Culture.
  • Electrical qualifications - ideally 18th Edition.
  • High Voltage experience with electrical installations, including minor civils cabling route containment in distribution sub stations.
  • Strong organisational skills and a team ethos
  • Strong background & experience in electrical construction engineering (degree or HNC/HND preferred).
  • Experience in the High Voltage power energy sectors.
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record of safe, quality and on time delivery.

What you will work on:

  • Distribution sub station electrical installation

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, in house installation teams & approved suppliers to deliver the project portfolio.
  • Maximise project resources, including labour, plant, and transport, for peak productivity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements including cost and programming
  • Monitor and oversee the site supervision carrying out the construction and installation works, ensuring safety, quality, in compliance with the designs and industry standards.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure works meet contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Review and approve documentation, including construction programmes, method statements, and ITPs.
  • Manage your team, project resources, and finances to stay within budget and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with company health & safety policies, as well as QUENSH standards.
