We’re looking for a passionate and organised Learning & Development Manager to play a key role in one of ISS’s largest mobilisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile contract and make a real impact from day one.
Job Description
You’ll lead on the design and delivery of induction programmes and training pathways, ensuring all learning is compliant with contractual commitments.
A core part of your role will be to support our Placemakers through their OneISS journey - helping new colleagues feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging service culture training programmes for frontline roles (cleaning, security, front of house)
Support pre-go-live planning, including induction and service leadership onboarding
Establish and manage a training academy to build capability and consistency
Facilitate ‘Train-the-Trainer’ sessions to empower service champions and embed culture
Implement standardised assessments to measure the impact of Placemakers Pathway
Embed a safety-first approach within all learning and development initiatives
Promote inclusion and diversity through culturally aware training content and delivery
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Background in FM desirable but not essential
Proven experience working across multiple sites
Currently operating as an L&D Officer, seeking progression to the next level
Confident and experienced in delivering training programmes end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Able to adapt learning solutions to meet diverse operational needs
