We are recruiting for a versatile, positive, and proactive person who has experience in delivering front of house administrative duties. This is a full-time, permanent position based out our accommodation service, Clifton Place, Newport.
What is great about the role?
Clifton Place provides short term supported accommodation to individuals in priority housing need, aged 16 and over. This service gives housing related support to assist people to move into independent living.
We support a diverse group of people, ranging from families, young people, pregnant women, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health issues and substance misuse. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to make a difference to the people we support.
Day to Day Duties:
Being the first point of contact for our clients and visitors being based in the reception area of the scheme
Co ordinating and managing ongoing maintenance
Managing the referrals that come in via Gateway system
Raising orders for procuring items
Creating reports as requested by your manager
Telephone and reception duties
Planning and organising meetings and events
Establishing and maintaining client records including filing and archiving to ensure the smooth running of the service

Full-time 37hrs, Permanent position
Work pattern: Monday - Friday, Day shift
For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays
