Introduction to the Role: The Management Co-ordinator role is one which works directly with the Governing Governor, Deputy Governor and Senior Management Team. It's core purpose is to undertake day to day admininstration for that team, managing diaries/calendars, scheduling, minuting meetings and hearings, arranging visits for officials and supporting in the planning and delivery of those visits where necessary. The nature of the role is such that confidentiality is paramount, along with a high level of ability, accuracy and speed in relation to typing and using spreadsheets, and a positive and friendly ability to interact with stakeholders and agencies.
Key Responsibilities for the Role (please note, this is not a complete list of responsibilities, but is published to give a flavour of the role being applied for): Organising, producing and maintaining accurate records. Acting as a contact point for all communications through the Governing Governors office. Perparing timebound paperwork. Corresponding via the written word and verbally with key stakeholders and agencies. Maintaining and checking databases, manual filing systems and information logs and ensuring responses within agreed timeframes. Producing reports and transcripts. Acting as secretary at meetings - organising agendas, calendar invitations, minutes of meetings and managing actions from those meetings.
