Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker specializing in Mental Health (BR11) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health support to individuals and families in need. You will work closely with clients to assess their situations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will contribute to the overall mental well-being of our community, as you facilitate access to essential resources, support systems, and mental health services. In addition to direct client interaction, your responsibilities will include collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care. You will also be involved in case management, providing crisis intervention when necessary, and advocating for clients' needs within the mental health system. This position requires not only a deep understanding of mental health issues but also a commitment to social justice and advocacy, as you help empower clients to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Provide therapy and counseling services to clients and their families.
Facilitate access to community resources and support services.
Conduct regular follow-ups and evaluations of clients' progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the mental health system.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Social Worker or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health social work.
Strong understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and social justice advocacy.

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.91
Location: Bromley, South East London
