We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Creative Services team, to manage, design and deliver creative products, ideas and concepts across communications, business and projects.
This opportunity will see the successful candidate carry out the print and digital graphic design work for the agency, such as forms, leaflets, corporate publications, staff engagement campaigns.
You will be joining a collaborative team and have the opportunity to work in partnership with colleagues across the agency. You will have the autonomy to lead on projects and capability to prioritise your workload.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Manage, design and deliver creative products, including developing ideas and concepts, for the agency.
- Ability to think creatively, ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
- Work effectively with colleagues.
- Work with customers: develop design briefs, attend meetings, offer creative advice, manage expectations and present final ideas/concepts – explaining clearly and confidently how the creative work meets the brief.
- Responsibility for the for the delivery of products: ensuring work reflects the brief, is fit for purpose, meet agreed standards, delivered by timescales, and manage multiple concurrent design projects – prioritising as required.
- Stay up to date with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and reflect this in work delivered.
- Act as a design lead within Creative Services and mentor junior designers – imparting knowledge of specialisms to help alleviate any single point of failure.
