We're seeking a Registered Manager to lead a well-led, Good/Outstanding-rated service where excellence is the norm. This isn't just about maintaining standards, it's about elevating them. Your Experience:
NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care + proven success as a Care Home Manager (CQC compliance, staff development, and dementia care).
A leader, not just a manager: You inspire teams because you roll up your sleeves, know residents by name, and treat standards as a starting point.
A problem-solver: You spot gaps before they're gaps, whether in care plans, staff morale, or regulatory readiness.
UK driving license (non-negotiable).
