Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Location: Wantage (UK), Nantes (France), or Murcia (Spain)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + extensive benefits
Work Pattern: 4 days per week on-site
Travel: International travel required

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst - Supply Chain to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role will play a key part in improving supply chain and production planning processes across a global organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP and IBP (or similar ERP systems) and will work closely with supply chain and production teams to analyze, document, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to identify stakeholder needs and opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement best practices in supply chain and planning
  • Ensure consistency in business processes and standards
  • Prepare business cases, diagnostics, and project plans
  • Support process improvements, including change management and training
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and technical workshops
  • Elicit business requirements and create clear documentation, including process maps and solution designs
  • Assist in system testing and user training
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within Supply Chain & Production Planning
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP-integrated planning software
  • Experience with project methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Query, Outlook, Teams)
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities

Desirable:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master
  • Willingness to travel internationally
