Handyman - Internals biased - Birmingham
O'Neill and Brennan is currently recruiting for a CSCS card Handyman to start working on a busy construction site for Birmingham City Centre for 3-6 months. This will mainly be focused on internal finishings. You would need your own tools for this role and must be proficient at using a mastic gun.
You will be primarily be working inside apartments and communal areas - tasks would included basic painting, touching up work, mastic, patching holes and basic carpentry. You will mainly be closing out snagging lists to make sure the apartments are ready for keys to be handed over. There will also be some snagging/defects work in apartments that have been completed.

You will need a valid CSCS Card, your own tools and be able to provide references.
Handyman duties:
• Basic painting, patching
• Must have own tools
