Position: SALES CONSULTANT - INTERNATIONAL DIVISION

We are looking for two enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our team based in Guildford within the International division. Responsible for securing profitable international business, contributing directly to the ongoing financial success of the business.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and prioritise daily sales activities
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally from private, corporate, and trade
- Promote and sell international relocation services effectively, advising clients on appropriate insurance coverage
- Prepare accurate quotations, submit comprehensive proposals and follow up on all sales proposals in a timely manner
- Collaborate with senior management to expand international business and assist clerical staff when necessary to support seamless service delivery
- Achieve sales targets as determined by senior management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of European and overseas relocation processes
- Any other duties that may be required by management

Remuneration & Benefits Package:

- Competitive Salary (up to £35,000 per annum) depending on experience plus Commission
- Office based role with possibility of agile working
- Permanent, full -time – 9am - 17.30

Experience & Qualifications:

- Previous Sales experience – (2 years minimum) - Essential
- Previous Customer Service experience - ((2 years minimum) - Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and organisational skills – Essential
- Proficient in MS Office packages – Essential
- Ability to handle and prioritise accordingly large volumes of work which increases / decreases seasonally – Essential
- Previous experience within a similar role within same sector - Highly Desirable
- Previous experience within the Removals & Relocation industry – Highly Desirable
- Multilingual – Desirable
