Summary
We are looking for inspirational and motivated practitioners to join our team in providing outstanding standards of care for our children.
The Fun Hub is happy to support you should you wish to gain a leadership qualification to support your CPD and develop leadership skills for further management. Main duties and responsibilities:
To work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious, flexible curriculum that is driven by the children’s interests
To ensure your pedagogy has different approaches to meet individual children’s needs, e.g., modelling, observing
To ensure all environments are enabling
To have a good, secure knowledge of child development to accurately observe and assess children
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years.
Strong understanding of EYFS welfare, learning, and development requirements.
