Job Title: Security Supervisor

Pay: £13.17 / hour
Shift Patterns: Working Thursday to Sunday night shift, 18:00 hours to 06:00 hours. Average of 48 hours per week.
Benefits: Training provided, Uniforms provided, Holidays worked out pro rata, Pension scheme and many more.
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Supervisor - to join and manage our team of security operatives.
This opportunity is a fixed permanent position and is suitable for officers looking for full time work, working a 48hr per week night duties.
We will require all interested applicants to be fully flexible in their approach and attitude.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Security Manned Guarding & Reception Supervisory duties
• Access/Egress Control Duties
• Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via
• CCTV Monitoring Duties.
• Switchboard Operation
• Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
• Regular and accurate report writing.
• Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
• Proactive interaction with the customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service.
• Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
• Covering all required security related duties as/when required.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Must hold DS + CCTV SIA License.
• Fire Marshall certification and a Full Clean Driving License is desirable.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
• ‘Public Facing’ experience
• Able to work as part of a Team and also on own initiative
• Approachable and Diplomatic
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable
• High expectation of customer service delivery
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
