Crynodeb
To dispense nurse and pharmacy ordered one stop/inpatient EPMA items anddischarge medication (including compliance aids and Controlled Drugs) againstpreviously clinically checked prescriptions and in line with departmental policies,procedures and the Medicines Act 1968 using the JAC computer system. Accurately enter Controlled Drugs dispensed by the postholder on discharges into therelevant CD registers. Dispense community unit prescriptions. Issue and counsel outpatients on medicines as part of the General PharmaceuticalCouncil (GPhC) approved training course and post qualification against the authorisedcounselling list. Please note that this advertised position, which is part of occupation code 7114 does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa. The Trust would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
