Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for a talented Marketing Officer to join our in-house team and support the adult social care sector in delivering high-quality care.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive, and fast-moving marketing team, working alongside five other Marketing Officers in a collaborative, energetic environment. Together, you’ll help shape the way vital services and resources are promoted to professionals across adult social care.

What you'll be doing:
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide expert marketing support across a range of projects. You’ll work closely with colleagues to identify needs, define objectives, and deliver creative campaigns that reach the right audiences. You’ll play a key role in promoting products and services that help care professionals provide outstanding care.

Key responsibilities:


Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans
Manage projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Create compelling content and develop marketing materials
Provide brand guidance to ensure consistency and clarity
Support the promotion of products, services, and sector-wide initiatives


What we’re looking for:


Proven experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong content development skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
A proactive mindset and attention to detail
An interest in or understanding of the adult social care sector (desirable)
