Responsibilities
Assist social workers in developing and implementing care plans for clients.
Conduct initial assessments and gather relevant information about clients' needs and situations.
Provide direct support and assistance to clients in accessing community resources and services.

Coordinate with community organizations and service providers to facilitate client access to necessary services.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a social services setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
