Our client is a dynamic and expanding construction firm delivering high-quality residential development projects across the West Midlands. As they continue to grow, they are looking to strengthen their team with two skilled and adaptable Multitraders.
The Roles:
We are recruiting for two full-time Multi-Skilled Tradesmen, each bringing their own core specialism while being confident in a broad range of tasks:
- Multitrader 1: Electrician bias – ideally with experience or qualifications in electrical work.
- Multitrader 2: Plasterer/Decorator bias – comfortable with finishing work and high standards of presentation.
Both roles require flexibility and a willingness to carry out a variety of site tasks including:
- Tiling
- Basic construction and carpentry
- Snagging and finishing work
- General support across residential build projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a multitrader in residential construction
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks outside your core trade
- Based in or able to travel within the West Midlands
- CIS registration preferred
