The Governors of Windlehurst School are looking to appoint a dedicated School Administrator to join our successful and hardworking team.
About the Role:
As a key member of our office staff, you will work closely with the School Business Manager, Head Teacher, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include providing a wide range of administrative support and being the initial point of contact for families and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, demonstrating friendliness, approachability, and professionalism.
- Provide excellent telephone and communication skills to handle inquiries from staff, parents, visitors, and pupils.
- Manage a busy office environment with a flexible, efficient, and independent approach.
- Maintain high levels of tact, confidentiality, and discretion in all tasks.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic, conscientious, honest, and friendly demeanour.
