About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Estates Surveyor to join the Estates and Assets Team at Rochdale Council, providing a wide variety of professional property services, including property management, valuations, lettings and disposals.
This is an exciting and varied role giving the right candidate the opportunity to further develop their skills working alongside colleagues from the Estates team and wider Council.
About you
You will be an enthusiastic and flexible team player who is also able to work on your own initiative. Ideally you will be a member of the RICS or working towards your APC but this is not essential for the right candidate.
You will have knowledge and experience of working in an Estates environment in either the private or public sector and be keen to develop your skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate which will offer a wide ranging variety of work.
We are a small and friendly team and are based in the award winning offices of Number One Riverside adjacent to the new Riverside retail and leisure complex as well as the bus and metrolink exchange in the heart of Rochdale town centre.
