An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking Manager – Asset Management to join a dynamic Property team within a large, complex organisation. This hybrid role, covering Central England including the Midlands and Wales, offers the chance to lead on strategic property matters that directly support vital services and long-term goals.


What You’ll Do -Manager – Property Asset Management


As the Asset Management Manager, you will:


  • Deliver high-quality asset management across a portfolio spanning Central, South West, and Wales.
  • Lead property acquisitions, disposals, valuations, and estate management.
  • Provide professional advice to internal teams on a broad range of property matters.
  • Drive portfolio rationalisation projects to improve efficiency and release value.
  • Act as landlord for freehold assets and manage tenant relationships.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, external suppliers, regulators, and legal advisors to ensure effective and compliant property management.

This is a strategic role for a commercially savvy, solutions-focused professional who thrives on challenge and is keen to drive continuous improvement in property services.


What You’ll Bring -Manager – Property Asset Management


  • Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS – General Practice Division).
  • Strong working knowledge of legal and property frameworks in England and Wales.
  • Demonstrable experience in complex portfolio management across a multi-site environment.
  • Proven success in negotiating leases, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach.
